Do not trust these rip-off artists. I "won" an item on auction, which cited UPS delivery. More than a month later, after no communications, had not received. They tried to upsell me to more expensive shipping, which I refused. Another month, no merchandise. After they refused a refund I attempted a chargeback through my credit card company, which through blatant lies they were able to overcome. They now claim I have forfeited the item, so I am out the item and the cash. Additionally, they claim the terms state I must go through binding arbitration IN OHIO to have my case heard. Going to try MA small claims court anyway. Meanwhile, STAY AWAY from these lying cheaters. To add: The business keeps getting more sinister and deceptive. They have added the following alleged response to my review--- completely untrue. They are NOT working with me and are not responding to email: Response from the owner 21 hours ago Hi Alan. We will continue to work privately with you on this. -EBTH
