WOBURN, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Woburn's upcoming mayoral race will have one candidate who gives new meaning to the term "youth vote." "It is my first time able to vote, and it's going to be for myself," 19-year-old Omar Mohuddin told WBZ NewsRadio Wednesday. Mohuddin, a 2022 graduate of Woburn Memorial High School and first-year student at Northeastern University, has thrown his hat into the ring for Woburn mayor. Although it is still too early to officially file nomination papers for the mayoral election in November, the former high school class president is making his intentions known now.
