A Stop & Shop in the Bay State sold a winning $4 million scratch ticket that was claimed on Tuesday, May 23, the Massachusetts State Lottery announced. The Stop & Shop is located in Stoneham, the lottery's site said. The $4 million ticket was from the '$4,000,000 Diamonds' scratch ticket game. It was the first grand prize ticket to be claimed since the game's release on April 18, the lottery said. There were also two $100,000 'Mass Cash' prizes won during the daily drawing on Tuesday, the lottery's site said.
